About Quantitative Face Fit Testing (QNFT)
This is an ambient particle counting method of face fit testing that provides a numerical measure, known as a Fit Factor, of how well a face piece seals against the wearer’s face.
Both FFP disposable respirators and reusable half masks can be tested by this method. Specifically, full face masks can only be tested by this methodology.
Our standard rates are as follows:
Half Day Rate - performing up to 8 tests/persons

Full Day Rate - performing up to 16 tests/persons
If your requirements are smaller than our half day rate, we can provide a bespoke quotation depending upon travel and numbers.
In addition, we also offer a drop-in face fit testing service for individual tests at our Hemel Hempstead premises.
